When a boat is constructed it is never upright, it starts in pieces, but through the careful craftsmanship of its builders it begins to take shape.
Its ribs form the bones and structure, its hull becomes the fabric that gives it shape and life and its finishing's become part of its character and personality.
Much like a boat, Glen Innes comes together as a community to craft a site of unrest into a site of prospect and new life.
Noa Hui forms the heart and centre of the community. Tohutohu, Huataki and Taupua give it life and a place for the community to make their own and celebrate the Hapori they have crafted together.
